Minning Operations
Mining operations minimise damage to the environment by recycling water, use zero chemicals, backfill mine pits and grow indigenous seedlings in seed banks to return the land to its original state.
Local citizens make up the bulk of the workforce, providing a fair and reliable salary to local families. Gemstones are sold in plain sight of government officials, who record values obtained and ensure taxation and royalty payments tally. The full sum paid at auction is repatriated to host nations, ensuring these countries receive fair participation in their gemstone resources.
